The durable solution for floor marking
The FloorBlock Set was specially developed to enable efficient and permanent marking for block storage and loading areas. The complete FloorBlock set consists of an aluminium frame, a self-adhesive, high-quality polycarbonate label and the appropriate fixing material. Barcode and plain text are printed on the reverse side, making the label extremely resistant.
FloorBlock: The frame
The full-surface aluminium frame is extremely stable and prevents the barcode label from slipping. The label is countersunk 0.5 mm and placed in the centre of the frame to protect it from mechanical damage. The system can be used on any type of floor, even on uneven or damaged floors. The rounded corners of the frame provide additional stability so that the set can also be used in extremely busy areas without any problems.

The print is on the back of the material. This makes the label extremely scratch-resistant and resistant to mechanical stress, e.g. from forklift trucks. In addition, the label is UV-resistant and can also be used outdoors. The high-resolution digital print guarantees perfect legibility from the forklift truck. The use of different colour coded options enables the operator to make quick accurate transactions.
