inotec group wins the Excellence in Reusable Packaging Award 2025

The inotec group has received the Excellence in Reusable Packaging Award 2025 in the category Product Technology for its in-mould RFID solution developed for EuroPlantTray eG. The reusable plant trays replace single-use versions in retail and wholesale, saving thousands of tons of plastic waste each year.

The inotec group is delighted to announce a major recognition: at PACK EXPO Las Vegas, the company will receive the Excellence in Reusable Packaging Award 2025 in the category Product Technology.

The award honors the development of a custom in-mould RFID solution created for our customer EuroPlantTray eG. The RFID label is directly integrated into reusable plant trays, enabling durable, smart, and cost-efficient identification. By using these trays, single-use alternatives in horticultural wholesale and leading DIY stores are being replaced – preventing thousands of tons of plastic waste every year.
